Shellan Ellen is an award nominated*, primary school education series created by Yn Skimmee Gaelgagh. Across the series the curious little bee, Ellen, visits places around the island to get behind the scenes and see how things work.

Shellan Ellen visits a farm in Episode 1 to meet sheepdog, Jet, and watch her herd. She follows the journey of water from the hills to the waterworks in Episode 2. She visits the life boat station in Episode 3 and gets to go out on a training run! Finally, in Episode 4, Shellan Ellen discovers how bread is made by following the journey of wheat from the field through the mill and bakery to the table.
